Cannabidiol (CBD) products have become increasingly popular in recent years as a way to help manage pain and anxiety. Although the world of CBD is still relatively new, research has shown that it can be done well with some guidance- but this isn’t always easy when you’re trying to find reliable information online!
The terms full-spectrum and whole plant are often used to describe CBD products. Full spectrum means that the extract contains terpenes, flavonoids, fatty acids as well – all ingredients found in cannabis plants but not necessarily exclusively derived from them (i.e. sun drying). Whole Plant has less THC than Pure Isolate so it will typically have a lower psychoactive effect; however research suggests consuming both together may increase medicinal value for patients who require an outage during their recovery process.
